This week is going to be a little different, I felt the heart tug to shake things up a bit by doing two solocasts this week. If you have been listening to my guest episodes you know I always ask my guests what their hard no and hell yes’s are in life and if you have no idea what I am talking about, make sure you go back and listen to some of the AMAZING hard no’s and hell, yes’s we have had because they are so vastly different but all hit home.
Anyway, I realized that I have not shared my hard no’s or hell yes’s with y’all. So that is what this episode is packed with. I dig into the 10 things that I think we need to stop doing right now, ASAP! And I say “we” because these are very much a work in progress for myself as well, there is nothing on this list that I am a complete master in. We all have the same amount of time and are all dealing with so many things. But it is what we choose to do with that time and those lessons learned that put us on the paths we walk.
