Oh anxiety, it comes and sometimes in flashing waves. Sometimes I know where and why it is coming and other I am in a state of shock.

Here we can learn how to hold space for this anxiety, because the anxiety is not us. We are NOT anxiety, but we are experiencing anxiety.

With the help of the H.E.A.R.T. acronym we can move though anxiety.

H- Hold Space

E- Enjoy- Energy Tension Scan

A- Allow/Accept

R- Rest/Rejuvenate

T- Thought Awareness & Shifting
