“When I'm on a busy holidays, or around family or in a big group vacation, I need that time to stay centered. Otherwise, this whole trip is going to throw me off my digestion, my gut, my health, I'll probably catch a cold and I found that time, especially when there's chaos, and lots of people around friends and all that, like if I can keep the meditation journal, greens, lemon water, if I can keep that going, I truly do. I feel like myself, which is so great, because I can lose myself within a few hours of being amongst other people. So I love having it as a tool in my toolbox to help me in those types of situations.” - Breanna Bortner
