Part of personal growth is about having beliefs to support your best life. This got me thinking about those emotional baggages we carry with us and how we need to let them go to live our best lives. Those inner emotional baggages create messes in our lives, relationships and work places. This episode is about decluttering them so we can grow.
Decluttering happens in 3 steps:
1. Awareness - We need to be aware that we even have emotional baggages, and try to understand where they came from.
2. Organize - After awareness, we now decide when to address these baggages once and for all.
3. Clear out - Finally, we let them go. Not all baggages need to be addressed later, some need to be thrown out and even avoided in the first place.
