Susan Mansfield has a passion for servant leadership. Entrepreneurship is in her bones, which makes Guidepost Pediatrics her third start-up from conception to success. 

She gained a passion for early childhood education/intervention from her college studies, research and as an educator in schools. These experiences led her to create an entirely new pediatric therapy model where educators and health practitioners collaborate in one dynamic new clinic addressing the wrap-around needs of every child- brain and body.

Born a sweet southern gal from Texas and now a vibrant Alaskan woman, she is known for her grit and stubbornness and is a fierce advocate for Alaskan children.
