This week on Fika with Rice, Freddie meets Jerzy Gregorek. You might have heard of this amazing gentleman on the Tim Ferriss Podcast, as it’s one of the most popular episodes ever. He’s the creator and founder of the UCLA Weightlifting Team, 4-time champion Olympic Weightlifter, and he still has a standing world record. He’s also the co-creator of the Happy Body Program, which is designed to improve your fitness and help people create bodies that actually function and work, no matter what age and body condition. Jerzy is 67 years old and an incredible individual who’s written several books about grit, philosophy and also fitness.

In this episode, Jerzy teaches us the importance of micro progress in life, how important it is to improve each year and never stop no matter what age, the importance of living a humble life, advice to 20-year olds, 30-year olds and even 60-year olds and so much more!
