This week I open up and discuss high-sensitivity, a trait I was born with and which has had a huge influenced on my experience of leadership, of business, but also of life in general. High-sensitivity is gift which doesn't have to be taboo, hidden or repressed to do business well. It is high time we love our high-sensitivity, use it to our advantage and raise awareness so that the business and corporate space accepts and values low-stimulation environments and a different pace of work where quality, reflection and depth come first.
