15 years ago Robyn started her business and worked virtual, it is al virtual and 99% paperless.
A few of the highlights:
– Don’t second guess yourself.
– When the industry is changing, change with it, and pivot to keep your model profitable
– If you can reduce your costs, you can enter into newer markets
– Think bigger, your business may have a larger impact on the community/market than you think
– Don’t be afraid to reevaluate a bad decision and cut ties. And then forgive yourself.
