How You Got Sucked In And How To Recover" and now shares her experience and knowledge mainly through her Youtube channel Follow The Intuition and her website www.followtheintuition.com.
Her approach to recovery is combined with nutritional rehabilitation, intuitive eating practices, the brain retraining, and un-brainwashing from diets and restrictive behaviors. As an eating disorder recovery coach, she has a compassionate and non-judgemental attitude, creating an environment where you can feel safe and secure to be challenged and grow. Her main goal as a coach is to help you start listening and trusting your body and the intuition and let it guide you to full and lasting recovery!
