In today’s episode we take a step back in time and I take you through my first experience with anxiety when I was 7 years old. I explain how it slowly got worse as a child until finally starting to impact my life day to day when I was 17. We finish the episode with one of my favourite activities for calming down anxiety and then I sign off with reminding you that today is the youngest you’re ever going to be so get out there and enjoy the day.
