“No matter what stage of life you're at, enjoy it. Don't long for the good old days, or for it to be like it was. Don't wish for the next thing to come along. Because you’ll spend your whole life just wishing it away.” - Kevin Gainey
Kevin is a high-performance and business breakthrough coach who spent 10 years as a stay-at-home dad and homeschooling parent for 3 years. He has been co-parenting his two kids with his ex-wife for the past 4 years. Kevin has 2 teenage kids Aaron and Molly. He became a stay-at-home dad when his wife at the time was offered a work opportunity that required her to travel 70-80% of the time, so even though he was married, he felt like a single parent early on. His advice for single parents is to set your intentions each day for who you want to be and how you want to interact with your kids. Also, set expectations with your kids and keep your word.
