In this episode, we celebrate my 23rd birthday with 23 lessons I learned in the past year.

Now, a lot can happen in a year. We are constantly evolving based on the lessons we extract from both our greatest milestones and the Oops! moments that fall in between. The lessons in this episode cover a range of topics—from career pivots and financial woes to friendships, heartbreak and simply how we approach our lives not just in our 20s but in the long run.
