Originally from the Czech Republic, speed alpinist Martin Zhor has lived in Chamonix for the past 10 years. In this episode, Martin and I discuss the highly debated philosophy of speed alpinism, how to find motivation as an athlete and the importance of having an objective in order to stay motivated. Martin also tells us about his Three Summits Project — solo speed climbing the three highest peaks in Italy, France and Switzerland in one day.
