Alzheimer’s Disease is set to grow to about 3.5 million Australians by the year 2050 and concurrently across the United States and the United Kingdom and most developed countries. As we have an ageing population we are seeing an enormous burgeoning of memory issues going on like dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Join us as we discuss this ever-increasing problem of memory issues and cognitive impairment. We discuss how things start in disease and how they then develop and go wrong. We will look at what we can do in terms of lifestyle and nutrition and some simple interventions to help arm us against memory issues. Some of it is basic, some of it is new, and some of it may even jog your memory.
