Navigating the relationship with our bodies post partum can feel tricky, overwhelming and a struggle of identifying with it the way we used to. It can be such a change for us to process. In this episode, at 10 weeks post partum, i dive into my own body image feelings and how i am adapting, managing and learning to love and appreciate my body post partum while I work with my body to transition, healthily back into a place where i feel at home in my body again. I share what I am doing to give myself confidence boosts, embody patience, and rewriting some of the negative narratives that society and the media has imprinted on me as a child, as a woman and now as a mother. So please join me in this very honest episode as I share where I am at and what I am doing in the hope that it will support other mums on their body image and self confidence journeys!
