With nearly 20 years experience within education, nonprofits, and tech, Sacha has seen up close and personal the challenges executives face when they have good intentions, but don’t fully know how to turn those intentions into good action in the diversity and inclusion space. She helps the executives and leaders have the important dialogue they need to have and coaches them towards the necessary long-term changes they need to make to develop a culture of inclusion and equality.
