This week, on Pain Reframed, Dr. David Hanscom joins Dr. Tim Flynn and Dr. Jeff Moore!  David is an orthopedic surgeon and has an incredible story on how he found success with his own experience of pain.  As a result, David has some amazing and effective strategies that he developed and uses with his patients.  David is the author of the book “Back in Control.”

David will discuss with Jeff and Tim safe and effective alternatives to surgical management.  David will share a successful model you can follow in your practice to put surgery in the appropriate point of the care pathway, still using surgery responsibly, but also using an evidence-based paradigm to get to that point correctly.
