I have been struggling behind closed doors recently. So much so it’s starting to effect my mental health, and as a result I’ve slowed down on my normal trajectory and the enthusiasm I have for my goals.
No one thing has gone wrong, it’s a compound effect of external things that don’t bring me peace. I'm working on it and know it will get better, but to help navigate others feeling the same, lets go through it in real time together.
