 Welcome back to the Exercising Depression podcast, this week I talk about a job interview I had at the beginning of the week. It was something that came out of the blue a bit for me, I've not been looking for an extra job (I LOVE my job!) but it was an opportunity that popped up and i thought I was give it a go. I haven't had a formal job interview for MANY years, so this week I tell you how the interview itself went, the outcome and how it's all made me feel.
