1. Tapa: Raise the energies for change, requiring an open mindset, allowing the old to go and the new to arrive. 2. Self-study: Remaining aware of oneself in every moment. Watching actions, thoughts, feelings and every movement that happens in one's consciousness. 3. Surrender to God: Being in deep harmony with existence.
