Every day, we have countless interactions with people whether it be in person, on the phone, over the computer, through text, or email. Whether it's a call from a friend, a Zoom meeting at work, or a brief conversation with the barista at our favorite coffee shop, we are given a choice to use our words to either speak life into people or to tear others down.
