It has been a crazy last seven days. Lots of emotions going on with regards to the launch of my funnel. They prompted some feelings of unworthiness and doubt. 

In the past, I would hide and not share anything about it. I would isolate and have this inner critic run the show. 

But this is not who I am now and today I want to explain to you how you can apply the same principles I used, too, when you are having these emotions that prevent you to put the work you want and showing up for your clients and business.
