Every month we celebrate our amazing tenants by drawing a ‘Tenant of the Month’. This tenant is awarded a gift certificate in recognition for paying their rent on time, caring for and maintaining their property.  

We understand that many tenants are overlooked in our industry, and they are a very important part of what we do. We have had an overwhelmingly positive response from this program from our tenants and landlords. 

‘Tenant of the Year’ provides us with the opportunity to recognise and award our 5-star tenants across several categories; ‘Tenant of the Year’, ‘Wiseberry Spirit’, ‘Best Exterior’, ‘Gratitude’ and ‘Loyalty’.  

Wiseberry gifts 1 weeks rent to each category winner, with the major prize of overall ‘Tenant of the Year’ awarded 1 month’s rent.
