RELAY Coffee Roasters, started by Rachel and Jason Hofing, has been a life giving experience. They taught me how to be a damn good barista and a better person. I talk a lot in all my other episodes about wanting to transition out of my full time job, but the truth is, I wouldn't be where I am today without this job.
