Zach Ingold is a 2014 US Naval Academy Graduate with 9 years service for the United States Navy, currently serving as Chief Engineer on the USS San Antonio (LPD17). He was a competitor on the swim team during his time at the academy and is now a proud husband and father of 2.

He and I met as members of the Comfort Disease Support Group - a global group of hard chargers fighting the natural draw of comfort in laziness and excuses and keeping each other accountable amidst the challenges of life.
