This is an interview on the property located at 230 34th street in Hermosa Beach CA, which I designed and had built as one of my original ground up concepts, specifically tailored to the beach and Southern California lifestyle. This was originally a 1920's bungalow that I had first remodeled into a rental, and eventually replaced with this creative modern beach house living experience.
