Hey guys we have a guest host this week. Vincent who's living in California comes to talk with us. He has an adventurous lifestyle out there. Better than I was expecting! We talk about hunting, fishing, free diving, cooking, growing edible mushrooms (not the crazy ones), and mental health due to a tragic incident that he had while free diving (yikes!) and a close encounter with a shark!
