Katy Townsend is a Scottish actress, she is best known for voicing the character Cait in Fallout 4 and Suvi Anwar from Mass Effect: Andromeda.

 

But if you're a Loud House fan, you most likely know her as the voice of Lucille Loud in The Loud House Movie.
