It’s easy to get emotional when we get feedback. But we must remember that feedback is subjective and should be carefully weighed. When you get feedback on your writing, take a step back and wait before you do anything. It can be tempting to make a lot of changes after getting feedback, but it’s a bad idea. Collect more feedback, think about the feedback, and make up your mind about it. This way, you’ll avoid wasting, time, energy, and focus.
