We are kicking off the month of May with a special episode of Uncorked acknowledging Mental Health Awareness month with our very own Cecily and Steph! We are diving right into mental well being, togetherness, belonging and how we are all truly connected. As always, Cecily leaves us with beautiful questions of consideration and reminders of how we can all stay connected through our journey. We also get into mindfulness, what kindness can look like, intentionality > ‘doingness’ and so much more mental health goodness. This episode is the warm hug of togetherness we all need. And speaking of connection and togetherness we must mention that it is officially Day 2 of “40 days of Yoga” being offered by One Yoga in North Van. It is the perfect way to stay connected to others, show up for yourself and create a new habit in community. It’s not too late to join the community and start your 40 days:) Head to @oneyogacan to learn more!LINKS TO TOPICS WE TALK ABOUT:Corkboard Newsletter: https://www.thecorkercollective.com/the-corkboardOne Yoga North Van (40 days of yoga) - https://oneyoganorthvan.ca/40-days“Think Again” by Adam Grant - https://www.booksamillion.com/p/Think-Again/Adam-Grant/9781984878106Quote - Writing out a plan for your life “is like driving at night in the fog.
