Sunday is the day of looking back over the week learning from it and trying to see where you can improve this week.

Last week I realised I was spreading myself a little to thin so I needed to make some changes, I realised I could not be everything to everyone.

I focused on two areas, where I was spending my time and where I wanted to spend it, this made it easy to change things up and even cut things out.

I say it every week, but I really do think this in an invaluable thing to do, I really hope you give it a try.
