Golden Shadow breakthrough 😭😭 This is my breakthrough from our recent breathwork session and homework as part of Invictus, based on uncovering the golden shadow, and the ways in which we sabotage ourselves from stepping into and embodying those gifts.

Im so bloody grateful for the men I get to spend my time with in this group, and also so grateful for Tim Morrison for being the man he is and allowing for this transition to take place.
