I am 10 days since testing negative for Covid and no surpise, symptoms still linger. But the trickiest for me has been the Mind Management. A symptom not talked about is anxious, negative "doom" thoughts. Beyond "brain fog," I experienced it as "I cannot see a way through here;" feelings of blank, stuck, stagnation, which led to feeling discouraged.
The medicine: 1) Don't blame yourself, this is a symptom you will eventually move through just like the fever and cough. 2) Release the pressure to keep moving while you heal. Trust that it is safe to REST and serve from your fuller self. 3) Find your Wonder Twins and activate the power of community support. It's safe to ask for help before you're at the absolute end of your rope. Guess what: we get to apply these principles every day, at any moment we are doubting ourselves or uncertain of the next move. Did you experience a similar trip when you had Covid? How did you find your way through the mind trash?
