Taking a break from social has brought me back to podcasting. One of the big questions that have been on my mind: are we evolved enough to handle what social media throws at us? In New Age and spiritual online communities (especially coaching ones), we’re often told that if we’re trigger by someone’s success or life, it’s something inside us we need to look at. But social media throws this game.
