We all have a need for bonding. Attachment is an emotional bond that forms in early childhood based on our primary caregivers' behaviour. These cause unconscious patterns which form attachment styles that impact how we form adult relationships.


This is the final episode of a 3-part series on Attachment Styles. In this episode, I share some tips on how to manage your attachment style and how to help support those around you when you notice certain things come up for them. A lot of it really comes down to being more self-aware first then acting with vulnerability through a lens of compassion (both towards yourself and others). I recommend you read some of the resources below and find out your attachment style if you haven't already.
