I was having a conversation with my boss today that really stuck with me and made me think. It made me realize that in business and in life, the grand slams are obviously very Important but the true winners focus on the base hits. It's the small, daily, little wins that you do every day to get closer to your goal that ultimately get you to success. 

Focus on those wins, put in the daily work, and keep at it!
