Nicci Gafen, better known as Miss Organic, shares with us her transformational journey from a body ridden with disease to her current bright and vibrant self. Using her example healing through eating organic food and basing her diet on plants, Nicci has found her main purpose by helping distribute organic produce from conscious and byodinamic farmers to our homes and communities. This is something that Lila and I have personally experienced, which has improved drastically our understanding and consumption of foods in order to care more about our body and the future of the Earth.

We all go into sharing our time connecting with and working on different farms around Australia to understand healthy ways of living in harmony with each other and the land. We continuously bring back our gratitude to the growers and custodians who consciously allow this to happen. Nicci has been leading people through example for so many years, improving the performance of top sport competitors, teaching ways to sustain our energy and add more value to our lives. Her spiritual practices are just another key to add to the spectrum of health improvement, where the mind, body and soul always work together hand in hand.
