James is a professional audio producer and podcast creator. He's a great source of inspiration for me through his work, most notably By Association which is a is a narrative podcast about football and the human connection behind the beautiful game.

In this episode we discuss James' love of audio and his first memories of it. How he balanced the theory and application when first learning audio production. His own creative process and how rewarding it can be, as well as his motivations and goals for for the future.
