I would normally start by simply saying, "I hope you're staying safe and well"... but lockdown 3.0 her in England means a slightly diff intro.

BUT in the main part of the show, I ask: do you know what a coach does? 

And what they don't? 

Coaches will ask you intelligent, probing questions to help you figure out the best course of action. 

They won't necessarily give you the road map to get there (or even the answer) but you can get masses of value from their expertise.
