Colm started Dubai Duty Free nearly forty years ago, and has grown it in to one of the largest airport retailers in the world. But it's not just about turnover - Colm also talks about the DDF Foundation Fund which is helping people in need across the globe. 

Colm, of course, discusses the huge impact that COVID-19 has had on the duty free industry amid a huge drop in passenger numbers (Al Maktoum International Airport where they operate 4,000 square metres of retail space is closed completely). However, plans for infrastructure expansion in Dubai haven't stopped - airport development plans mean that one day it could see 240 million travellers a year pass through its doors.
