At times we are so wrapped up in all of lifes doings. All of our goals and chores etc. We must do this, we must do that. In the midst of that go-go-go lifestyle we begin to neglect and disconnect from the biggest part of our lives, our breath and our body. Our body talks and we don't listen. We need to listen.
