This session, I take you through a powerful tool called The Deeper Desire (reference: Alyssa Nobriga and Institute for Coaching Mastery) which helps you reprogram the pattern of going outside of yourself to get what you want and shift out of disempowered ways of being so you can more easily step into what you want.
