24: Davinder Sanghera: Changing toxic behaviours to have a positive impact.
Davinder is a BTL investor and HMO developer. Working with private investors and offering them monthly returns.
A Mathematics graduate, Davinder worked in the investment banking sector for 5 years in NYC and London and across three tier 1 investment banks. As a treasury trader, Davinder regularly transacted multi-million-dollar deals with constant interaction with banks, brokers and clients to mitigate against risks in order to execute the best deal. Alongside banking, Davinder invested in property to create a secondary income, which led to leaving the corporate rat race in Feb 2017.
The first deal (a London BTL) was self-funded with help from immediate family. Since going into property full-time, each investment property has been funded by Private Investors, who receive a healthy monthly interest on their capital.
