There's no rule that says that your fitness goals *have* to be bigger than yourself... but you may get to a point where you realize that surface level goals simply aren't worth the time and effort anymore.
(This change of perspective often comes as a result of having kiddos!)
The title of this episode is a question that I love asking my clients as they begin their fitness journeys, work through the "boring middle ground," and near the end of their goals. These are all great opportunities to check in to see how important and relevant their goals still are.
I'll go over a short list of reflection questions that might help you to find and stick with the goals that matter most to you - and to your family.
