Frass Azab is a prolific student of Martial Arts, as he holds a Black rank in Krav Maga. He is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown belt promoted by Ethan Benda and Renato Tavares. Frass has also trained extensively in the disciplines of Muay Thai, Judo and the Filipino Martial Arts. Frass has competition experience in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as he has won a CBJJ Brazilian National Championship in 2012.

Frass is the founder and Head Coach of the Warriors Academy in Kansas City. Frass also trains the Military Police in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas City, and is certified by the NRA for Defense Tactical Shooting. Frass has also hosted seminars all over the globe including places like Abu Dhabi, London and Saudi Arabia.
