24. Full Moon Feelings and Freeing the Holiday Vibes | “What does it look like to ‘try easy’ in this experience?”
We are entering our second to last full moon of this decade! As we move into this full moon, continue with this mercury retrograde, and enter the holiday season, I invite you to slow down and reflect with me. In 2019, I’ve experienced a massive clearing and a shift into alignment although there have been a lot of difficult times—I’ve received beautiful reminders of what truly matters. In this episode, I also talk about the power of language. I encourage you to begin ‘trying easy’ instead of ‘trying hard’ during the heightened energy of the holidays. As I’ve experienced, so many times we get sick from overdoing and pushing. May we give ourselves permission to have radical moments of rest, allow ourselves to reset, and set a foundation for this new year.
