Lynn shares what it was like to pivot at her age and launch a biz while juggling kids, life etc.

She likes to refer to herself as a "learned extrovert"

Her business MASAMI is named after a friend and from the seas of northeastern Japan, the haircare products are the ultimate in botanically hydrated hair. All the good stuff you want ladies, we know our hair is our life.
