This episode reflects the transformative power of water in finding inner peace and connection with one's authentic self.
A conversation was had with a client about all the different ways that water can help us de-stress in our lives and offer us wisdom from deep within our soul. That’s truly where all our answers are, some of us could use more tools to tap into that wisdom.
So here you go!
Drink water, take a bath or shower, driving to the lake, or walk to that pond to add water to your day somehow.
The whole idea is to reduce our stress and come back to centre.
Sometimes a drink of water can help you slow down, or come back to centre to recalibrate.
I am a water person.
When i need it, i take myself to a body of water and let the water mirror into me.
Our bodies and brains can adapt to the calm lake or pond.
It’s magical.
Taking the time to be in the stillness, it can be quite powerful.
Then we can get the big magical ideas, like Elizabeth Gilbert talks about in her book Big Magic, the question is, are you trusting it? That’s the practice of it all. Here is a link to her book if that interests you.

When we are still and take a moment to pause, and pracitce listening inward to that soul wisdom voice, we can hear that part of ourselves, our higher self, our intuitive self and it will lead us to what’s for our highest good.
