24: Listening to Your Body & Creating Healthy Boundaries in Relationships

How often do you listen to the signs your body is communicating with you?

Wheater it is in your head, heart, hands or feet there is a constant stream of sensations from our body. The difference is, noticing these ques and doing something about it.

Often when we are around certain people we will feel an instant energy drain or be plagued by anxiety. If you are receiving the same messages over and over and doing nothing you may notice these sensations intensify.

It is time my Lovely Soul Sisters to start listening and then shifting different parts of ourselves so we can live a healthier life. Bring awareness to these feelings around certain people and its time to create healthier boundaries for our health.

This can start by a noticing and then responding to your body in a different way than you ever have. It is a practice not a perfect and it is not a one size fits all. Here and now it is time to listen and take care of ourselves, because if we don't do it no one else is going to either.
