A special episode for me! Merily has been our Comedy Estonia project manager for 2 years now and she helped to drag our dumb asses out of the stone age and create the well run, efficient schedule of live shows you enjoy today.
I am talking to Merily because this is her last week with Comedy Estonia before she goes on maternity leave. We had a job ad out a while ago and I think everyone just thought "oh fuck those Comedy Estonia guys really turn over employees".
I've heard its a good move to do "exit interviews" and so I tried to think of the most Comedy Estonia way possible. We talk about the old days and give a bit more insight into how our fabulous machine works.
Thank you to Merily for her hard work at Comedy Estonia, we would not be where we are today without her.
